Cagdas Batmaz is an architect and construction leader with extensive experience leading end-to-end residential, hospitality and commercial projects across Saudi Arabia, Azerbaijan, Bangladesh, Russia and Turkey. He holds a BSc in Architecture from Istanbul Technical University and is affiliated with the Saudi Council of Engineers and the Turkiye Chamber of Architects. Currently serving as Senior Project Manager at Brewer Smith Brewer Group on the Qiddiya Performing Arts Centre in Riyadh, he is known for managing multiple large-scale projects while partnering closely with internal and external executive teams, vendors, contractors and consultants.
